Sonnenhof II is being built as an extension to the existing ensemble of Stadtgarten, Titlishaus and Kanzleikreisel. The development site covers an area of 5,504 m² and is being further developed as part of a project competition. Five selected architectural firms will develop concepts for the design of the site. The aim of the competition is to find a sustainable and high-quality urban development solution that optimally complements and further develops the district.
